Attempted to mail back! The incorrect item was shipped to us, costing about $60, the post office was going to charge us $50+ to return it to Canada! Nothing about this is practical!
Seller shipped the wrong chairs. We ordered 8 Cosco folding metal chairs with padded seat and back. Seller shipped Mainstays plain metal folding chairs. We have contacted the Seller and so far the Seller has failed to send us prepaid return labels for the two cartons.
I ordered 2 sets of dishes. I received 2 boxes - one was bowls only and the other was cups only. Seller refuses to let me return and get full credit. They offered me 30% refund! What I received is not worth 70% of the price. Plus, its incomplete! Nothing wrong with the dishes, but this seller is horrible to deal with and terrible customer service. Amazon should discontinue this vendor......
This seller advertised an electric scooter from Swagtron. It arrived just before Christmas but was a push scooter (normal non electric). Seller refunded money but is requesting I pay for return shipping. Big headache, most important gift for my son missing and Im still dealing with seller mistake so I can't order the right gift for my son yet. This seller should be banned from Amazon store.
