I made several attempts to rectify this situation since they sent the wrong color. They refused to answer me. They only answered the first email when they thought I was saying I didn’t receive it by stating check the mail. Never addressed wrong color. I wanted to exchange very unhappy. I won’t use this color
this has been a very bad experience, will you deliver soon? I need it by August 18th the latest or I would like a complete refound and some compensation for the trouble.
Received wrong color and size product. Seller responded to first effort to resolve the issue but then stopped all communication so I had to resolve through Amazon instead.
I ordered a set of four INTEY Pull up Assist Bands. When delivered, I instead received a set of KIWSS Pull up Assist Bands which are sold for roughly $21 less than the advertised INTEY Bands. The company responded to by inquiry for a refund by, instead, explaining why I had not received the package yet. Further requests were ignored forcing me to file a claim with Amazon to be reimbursed.
