Item was ordered 12/10. Item was said to be shipped by 1/3. Item had not been received by 2/4. Reached out to seller, said replacement would come 2/10. Asked for tracking number to confirm. Request ignored. Item still not received by 2/20. Seller is no longer responding to messages. Would LOVE to get my money back...
The item never arrived, and tracking into was not provided. I contacted the seller twice but did not get any answer. Amazon refunded the money but I spent a couple of weeks for a needed part for my vacuum.
