Sent an Email, never received a response. Today is 5/15 no item & no response.
I purchased an item from the seller, who said it was shipped but didn't include a tracking number. When I emailed them, they said that they didn't ship it because they didn't even have the item. They were courteous and polite during our correspondence, but I won't be ordering from them again because I won't know whether they have the item in their inventory or not.
This item did not arrive in the expected delivery windows. when I tried to return it due to its late arrival and purchasing another copy the company will not respond or help make the situation right.
Seller did not ship item at all and did not respond to contact email. After two weeks and trying to contact the seller, Amazon refunded my purchased. Terrible service.
I never received my order. I tried contacting the seller four times and never heard a response back. Very disappointed in the lack of contact and overall not receiving the product. Now I have to fight with Amazon to get my full refund back including shipping.
