Took forever to ship and then they delivered it to INDIANA. I live in Florida.
I’ve made 3 attempts to contact seller. No update or refund. Expected delivery was 10/10/19 it is now 11/5/19. I still have not received item and seller still hasn’t given me any information. I have never had a problem like this with ordering for Amazon.
I have sent several emails to the seller with only one response simply telling me to wait. I have waited nearly a month for this package with no updates and no available tracking information as to whether this package is lost or still on its way.
I should have read the seller reviews. Common issue is people are not receiving the product they payed for. I'm requesting a refund through amazon. It's been over a month and they tole me "wait more days". No thanks, give me my money back...
Did not receive my package. When asked if I could wait "some more days" for it to be delivered, I never heard back from the seller again. I had to pursue a refund from Amazon since I never heard back from them directly. Terribly poor customer service. Would not recommend or trust this seller.
