After a month the 'tracking' from China, they apologized for a tracking error, then sent a tracking message it had been delivered the day before. When contacted the asked if I wanted a refund to a reorder. I said reorder. Then I heard nothing. I finally had to contact Amazon and they gave me my money back. I see a number of other 1-stars, yet this place still takes orders!
I did not receive the package. The tracking number given was bougus. When I complained they gave me another tracking number. Again bogus.
Never received package. Was supposed to receive by latest December 26. Now January 15th. Messaged seller in December who said that they lost the tracking of package and would refund. Again now in middle of January still have not received refund.
I had ordered a coat from her, didn't receive the package. I did check the address to make sure I had put the correct one, which I did. I had contacted her and they did send another one, but this time I kept track of where it was shipped to. They had put the wrong address and mailed it to the other side of the country. When I contacted seller of this, they have ignored my messages.
I still do not have this item and request a refund. I previously received an email that I could get a refund since it was so late but I’ve gotten no response to my refund request emailed this last Monday the 13th. I do see updated shipping information from the seller indicating it was delivered Monday but it was NOT delivered.
