DO NOT purchase from this seller. Birkenstocks were complete fake. Have filed with Amazon for resolution. Not expecting much response. Amazon needs to remove this seller!!
I do not want to give these to anyone else. You did not send what I wanted. After reading several of your reviews, after I received the package from you, All reported similar problems. I want a full refund and return shipping charges. Do the right thing. I want to contact Amazon and let them review your history.
Very disappointed, initially when order was placed, delivery said 9/17, then 9/20, now it's 9/21 and they still haven't arrived. This was a gift and the recipient keeps asking when they are arriving. I don't think he believes I actually bought them. I'd like a discount/refund for the inconvenience.
Seller shipped wrong item, but refuses a refund! I spent $123 and they are offering to send me a $15. I asked multiple times to send the item back (at my own expense), they will not give me the return address. They just say "We will give you a $15 refund, we hope you accept this. We cannot afford a loss". Really? I'm supposed to accept the loss? It's not my fault they sent the wrong item! AWFUL!
