if there is a choice for zero stars this would be it. AMazon needs to suspend this seller. they never went through, no item and its a scam. thanks for refunding me Amazon. Atleast the refund is quick and easy
Seller marked item shipped and charged me. After a week I asked for a tracking number and was told they are waiting to get enough orders to buy a whole container. Seller disregarded further communication. Over two weeks and still no item, no tracking number and no replies. I've missed other great deals while waiting.
After over a decade, I have never had a negative experience with Amazon or any of its sellers. My experience was much like the others listed. Purchased a TV, seller said it was shipped. Seller would not send me a tracking ID after I asked four times and the TV did not arrive in the requested time frame. Now going through the process to actually get a refund which is a pain. Avoid this seller!!!
