I am not going to contact UPS. That should be your part, not mine. Please refund me. That is all I’m asking. I’ve never had any problems with deliveries from Amazon and othe companies. I don’t know what your saying UPS can’t deliver when I just received a package mailed via UPS from another company.

seller must be running a scam...when tracking information was missing I knew something was fishy. when contacted they lamely tried to claim the item was back ordered. Never had a single problem with Amazon before. They need to dump this outfit !!!
They pretended to have shipped----no tracking order provided or available. Then, when product did not arrive they noted it had been "lost in shipment.
Same lame excuse as posted by others. "We’re really sorry, but your order was lost in the transit. We will be sending you replacement. We’re already sent the details to the warehouse. They are preparing the shipment and will dispatching it on Wednesday and you will receive in next 3 to 4 days.We will get back to you within 48-72 hours with tracking ID." Order was placed on 2/16. Today is 3/19
