This has been an ongoing issued since 11/7/2020. I received 1/4 of what I ordered and have been getting the runaround ever since with no resolution. I have not received the remainder of my order and I have not received the full refund as promised. They kept saying the remainder was sent but refused to give a tracking #. I have still not received the refund they twice told me they had sent.
I received 8 of the 50 masks and they were black not purple. The seller said they would send me 42 purple masks to make up for the difference. The seller asked me to be patient and that the masks were on the way. It has now been two months with no resolve. When I tried to reached back out it said my communication time with the seller had expired.
I only received 5 of the 50 masks. I reported it to the seller but still haven't received the remaining masks.
