why can't i track this order.


Still waiting on this item and I have tried to just get a refund and still have not gotten that either. I just keep getting told that it is at my post office but it is not. Already ordered two other molds and got them within a week.


As an extremely upset customer, I encourage AMAZON to do an investigation towards the incompetence and scam of Funicity. They have Scammed their customers and I'm not willing to wait any longer for an item that will never be delivered. My order was placed on October 27th, 2020, and contacted the seller to no avail. I WON'T BE WAITING ANY LONGER AND WANT MY REFUND NOW. Don't buy from this seller.


VERY DISAPPOINTED, it has been over 2 1/2 months and my product has still not arrived. I have contracted customer multiple times for a refund and always get a excuse about why it is not here and they keep asking me to wait. Not a good way to do business. I will not order from them again
