Placed an order on December 2,2019. As of today January 13,2020 I still have not received the package. The answer to my e-mail was be patient. I will never order from the people again. Very bad way to do business. Can't imagine why Amazon would do business with them.


Can not say anything positive about this. We still have not received the item we purchased. We ordered this at the end of November. I understand that coming from another country it will take a little longer, but I do not think it should take months. Will never purchase from this seller again.


Did not receive package. Contacted seller they continue to offer excuses. I have already repurchase and it was delivered I want my money back please!


I order and paid for item on November 29, 2019 and never received it. Today is January 9, 2020. I contacted the seller last week inquiring about my item and all they said was to be patient. This did not solve my problem. I want an exact date as to when my item will be delivered to me or a complete refund.


Extremely unprofessional company. I never received my order, it's 10 days late now and they just keep sending a vague I'm sorry, be patient email. I want my money back or an answer to w3ar my order is!!
