We ordered this blender and never received the order. Did not receive an email that the package had arrived or any other notification.
Amazon did wonderful to correct the problem. They notified the seller who in return didn't bother to contact me or try to correct this.
The seller shipped my order to the wrong address...clear across the United States and refuses to reship item! I am so very disappointed! This was a gift for my husband! I wish the seller would make it right but I can’t get in touch with them. They must be scam artists.

Had to call Amazon- the item was delivered to an address in New York. I am in California. The seller did not respond to me but Amazon traced the item and refunded my money. Beware of this seller. The item was priced attractively but evidently was a scam.
