My order stated it had shipped: contacted the seller when package didn't arrive. They replied quickly, stating item was scheduled to ship; gave me ship date and expected arrival date. These came and went. Contacted seller...no reply. Amazon refunded my money, but I am still very disappointed with the seller and not receiving the item that was to be a wedding gift for my baby sister.

Still waiting to receive my May 30th order. They have my money, but I’ve not heard back from any of my communications.

Item was never shipped. After over a month I requested and received a full refund. They are selling merchandise without any stock on hand and without any known date of when they will have stock.

My product was estimated to arrive a month and a half ago and it has still not been received. I have been in contact with the seller 4 times (including an amazon representative getting in contact for me) with no response. Very frustrated and disappointed with this service as I was very excited about my purchase.

Same story as everyone else posting. Back in May 2019 Seller said wait one month to receive product. June said it was shipped....it never arrived...months later....still hasn't arrived. I requested a refund. An investigation is pending ...based on comments already left. Amazon obviously will see this is not an isolated issue.
