If you have already placed an order, but since realized that your product is likely never going to come try contacting the seller on Amazon.com. If the seller is not replying, read on what to do if you were scammed.
Never received the item. Contacted the seller several times. They said “be patient we i looking into this matter” ordered in August. Filed an A to Z claim in October.
Product never received. Seller contacted and told me that there was a shipping error and that they would correct it. Since then I contacted the seller multiple times but does not provide an update nor try to help. Terrible customer service.
Super pissed over a month and a half no item and their communication sucks. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I asked a second time for a new shipping # and nonresponsive.
Seller issues UPS number and never ships item. Tells you they are working with shipper to resolve it when you question where item is and UPS says “item may be lost”. 6 weeks later after several emails with seller and getting the run around I finally was issued a refund. Other buyers are reporting the same issue I had with this seller. If you deal with this seller beware.
My issue is same as previous posts. Item not received, seller indicated was re-sending, still nothing. Definitely not what I expect from a store selling through Amazon!
