I have ordered this item over a month ago. If Amazon displays, markets and sells an item, they should stand behind it and forewarn the customers of the likely tardiness of delivery as opposed to leaving it to the consumer to have to make contact and communicate with them. Second hand selling and second hand accountability is not what I expected from Amazon. Do better.
Never received my order
Still haven't received the order that should have arrived near Christmas, and is "still in customs." Also, called me dear bc it has my sister in laws name and shipping info as it was a gift. Refund requested twice, and both times told that it is "probably in customs." Will not order again.
I ordered this blanket on December 6, 2019. As of January 9, 2020, I still have not received it. I was told it was "hung up" in Customs. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. Will not order from this company anymore.
