Avoid this seller at all cost. Ordered a waterproof iPod with headphones On December 17. Received within 5 days a cheap pair of headphones (not waterproof) but no IPod. I contacted the seller immediately and was promised a full refund on December 23. As of today, February 14, no refund has been received and the seller has ignored all my emails. He/She should be banned from Amazon.

I ordered these waterproof headphones and received a crappy pair of cheap ones in the mail from them. They denied me to be able to return them and now I am trying to contact Amazon directly to get refunded because this seller is a scam!

This seller is a fraud! Purchased a $170 items, but sent a $2 items, promised to refund, but never issued a refund. The seller never responded after that. Money lost. I am still working with Amazon to get refund after 2 months, but I still don't have my money.

Seller is the biggest scammer ever. I ordered a Nikon D810 and they send me a disposable $5 camera. They don’t reply to your cancellation requests and they only keep your money. Tired of talking to Amazon who said they would take care of problem but nothing happened. I had to call my credit cards and dispute charges and they helped. Never buy from these criminals.

Criminals. They don’t mail you the real item. I was charged $814 and they sent me a $5 disposable camera. They keep your money. Amazon says they help but nothing got done. Credit card dispute is what solved issue. Very disappointed.
