I received a completely wrong item, a really cheap shag type rug with no brand markings or packaging, it also arrived weeks late. I asked seller for refund and they gave me a option of getting a 10% refund or deal with mailing item back on my dime to China. Terrible experience!
The item arrived late, and does not look at all like in the picture. The quality is awful, and after reaching out to the seller to return it, they did not provide a prepaid label. I will not be held responsible for costs of an item that's not as described, so I open an A-Z guarantee claim. It's been almost 2 months and I'm still trying to get refunded for this dress.

The seller sent me the wrong size.Then I had to to pay for shipping to return it.Then he said he did not receive the item.I provided proof for them receiving it as it was registered mail.Then they said that the item is in the warehouse.Now we are back to they did not receive the item.I would not have had to return the item if they sent me the right size in the first place.Never buying from them.
