If I could give 0 stars, I would. I never got my package. So I contacted the seller. They said I would have a new one within 5 days and 15% off. I never got it either. I eventually contacted Amazon to get a complete refund. So disappointing...

I never received my product from this seller...so I initiated a full refund. After 10 emails of trying to get my full refund, I still have not received my full refund. Terrible customer service. They kept sending me an email saying the full refund process was being initiated, but it's almost been 3 months and I still have not received it.
Had I know to look at the reviews prior to ordering, I wouldn’t have. I ordered 22 Dec, says it shipped out 11 Dec. No response to emails sent. Didn’t have a problem charging for the item, tho. So now attempting to get my money back. Amazon needs to vet these vendors better. With a 70% negative feedback record, there is no excuse why Amazon continues to let them sell on their platform.
