I ordered 3 months ago and still nothing no replacement sent nothing. I want my money back and I highly recommend finding someone else to place your order with.

I never got my package! Very disappointed. tried contacting them over and over and nothing. It was a present for my brother. And I was charged for it and it never came.
Contacted the seller 3 times when my pillow did not arrive on time. Each time they apologized and said it will arrive within 5-7 days. After wasting more than 6 weeks I canceled my order. This company "Best Customer Experience!" needs to change it's name.
