Horrible. My mistake for not catching their approval rating before I placed my order. They never shipped the product. How is Amazon still letting them be a seller with a 99% negative rating for their lifetime?

What has happened with this order? When will I receive the item I purchased?

The package was expected on two day shipping. Shortly after the order was placed, it was delayed. I tried to contact the seller but received an email stating they were no longer selling with Amazon so the seller could not be reached. It also states on Amazon to request a refund if the package was not received today. It has been two weeks, still no package.
