I tried to order this chair twice & they keep canceling but not until after over of a week of them saying that it is shipped and on the way
Tried to order this chair. For over a week they were saying it was shipped and would be arriving. On the date specified, they canceled the order it said it was out of stock. Why didn’t they just say that in the first place?!? It could’ve saved me 2 1/2 weeks
I ordered this chair nearly 3 weeks ago. The first tracking number supplied with my order was invalid, the second number was apparently delivered to an entirely different state. When I contacted them about it, they told me all the chairs had been sold out (despite supposedly being shipped?) and that I should either buy another chair with no refund for this one or wait 2 to 3 weeks.
Just like many others are reporting, Anda gave me a bogus tracking number. They said that the item had sold out (even though the tracking said "On its way" at one point, and then "delivered" to an unknown address the next. The same EXACT situation that other buyers are experiencing. I've already requested a refund from Amazon. Please don't waste your time. Amazon, please review this company!!!
This seller is committing serious fraud with creating bogus tracking numbers and then voiding them. Do not buy anything from them here or on their website. After I said I wanted to cancel since they did not have the item in stock they ignored my request and put another tracking number for a destination across the country. Submitted an A-Z claim.
