Product was described as a Fitbit but when it arrived it was a cheap alternative. Amazon have refunded but I had to return at my cost and I am struggling to get a refund for this. So disgusted that this can happen on Amazon. Beware!!!!


Item well over a week late on top of a month to deliver. No reply to my enquiry and no item although they’ve had the payment for 6 weeks. No way to ask Amazon where it is either from the look of it.


I ordered my fitbit on the 20th January, still hasn't arrived, delay in delivery and tracking info is no use as just tells me its dispatched (has said this since the beginning) due to arrive today apparently so will see. Very disappointed as have been looking forward to this item for quite some time. No response as of yet from the seller. I will be contacting amazon tomorrow if no luck!


My item should have arrived late January/early February, it still has not arrived and multiple attempts at contacting the seller have been ignored. I have never received such horrendous service from an Amazon seller. Extremely frustrated and now request a refund immediately! Disgusting service.


I ordered this item and paid but unfortunately the item was never sent to me. I contacted the seller to ask when my item would be sent to me but they did not respond. Amazon also contacted them on my behalf but they did not respond either. A long time waiting for something that never even came. Very disappointing. Thankfully Amazon customer service has so far been fantastic in helping me sort.
