I am trying to eeturn thus item I WANT THE ITEM I ORDERED OR A FULL REFUND, this is disgraceful
Item shipped and defective in box, which looks like it has been repaired and then shipped to us. Seller does not comply with the Amazon refund policy, asking that I pay to return the item, however they can still refuse the refund and refuse to pay the postage costs. Not impressed
Still waiting for the game, it as still not arrived and it’s now the 5th February 2021,been reported but still no game.
