Didn't arrive but thanks to Amazon had a timely refund.


Terrible service! Package still not delivered more than a month after it was supposed to arrive. I asked about it at the beginning of May and was told that the package would be delivered "next week." Now the end of May and still no package. Plus no response to my last two requests for an update. Avoid this seller!


I think this seller behaved badly. Initially they would email about concerns about the very late delivery. I firmly believe they did not even send it and just stole my money. Even when it was possible for a refund the despicable seller refused to give it back and ignored me. I would like to report them to Amazon and ask them to investigate and cut them loose. Clearly they are not to be trusted.


As others have said absolutely useless company. Said package had shipped but tracking number was invalid, then blamed internal flights and that they had not shipped it but would. They then stopped responding to messages and all of the items they sell disappeared from Amazon. Refunded via Amazon in the end.


Rubbish company, I have waited over a month for a package which still hasn't arrived. After contacting the seller 5 times I have asked for a refund, which still hasn't arrived either. I have now had to go through Amazon Customer Service to see what they will be able to do for me.
