AVOID AVOID AVOID. Discourteous seller, item was advertised as next day delivery and arrived 2 weeks later. Promised a discount for late delivery, but didn’t deliver on that either. What happened to good old fashioned customer service ? I’m surprised Amazon haven’t applied sanctions.

They did not give us the correct return address and have refused to help resolve this in any way. Now we no longer have an air con unit and are down the money they owe us.
