its been more than 40 days and yet to receive the product, and Seller is not responding and Amazon CS keeps on forcing customer to approach refund, i don't understand how Amazon evaluates Seller and why should customer opt for refund forcefully? do we as customer purchase an item hoping to get the product or refund????? :( worst experience with Seller as well as Amazon
