ordered a battery for a delivery in West Bengal, India. The delivery date showed as 16th June. Then on 23rd, it shows delay in dispatch and new dispatch date was 23rd June. Expected delivery was in another few days. It never arrived. It does not allow a refund as well.

its been over one month and I still have not received the package and there is no way to track it. Stay Away !!!

I waited about 2 months to get the delivery. Didn't get the item yet. Their customer support was very good. They provided replies on time and advised me that the item is stuck somewhere due to lockdown issues. They did not respond to the last email I sent to them. So I contacted Amazon. They refunded the full amount and said that the item has lost somewhere between dispatch and delivery.

Seller said product despatched through IndiaPost. Gave tracking number. IndiaPost site was down for quite a while. When it was accessible, said tracking number not valid. Seller wanted my phone number. Don't like giving it out, said so. Then they said courier needs it. So gave it. That was the last communication. Ultimately asked Amazon for refund. Amazon 1, Seller 0.
