When I contacted the seller, about not receiving my first order, they apologized and offered to send me the item again. I agreed. Now two months later, no item, and no contact from the seller either.
My items said that they shipped back in December, and it still has not arrived. After contacting the seller and leaving a review in February, they said that the warehouse was backed up and the items had not been processed but that they were willing to get them sent out in 2-3 days. Long story short, the item has still not been sent and the seller will not answer my emails. Do not recommend.
Did not receive item. Sent notifications to seller but no response. Do not buy from this seller. I give 0 stars.
Never got the Mug. Received a bogus apology saying it must've gotten lost in transit. Offered to ship another. I did get my money back however.
