Did not receive that mug. Bought it for a Christmas gift. Very disappointed.
Item never arrived. Contacted seller twice about wrong shipping label. They blamed a new staff member each time. I am not happy. I will never purchase from that seller again.
poor customer service. item was never received. first their reasoning was that it must have been lost in the mail due to postage strike. When i contacted them again after 24 days to follow up as it had not arrived, they said the item was "still out of stock". First shipping problem, then out of stock. Not impressed by the service of this company and inconsistency with their followup/information.
The writing on the mug smudged after the first wash leaving black smudged marks on the white mug, we used the mug only once.
