Never received product and have been told unable to contact seller as they have left Amazon Marketplace.
Ordered a NEW Soleus 10,000 BTU portable A/C from the seller. Received a USED Hisense 6,500 BTU A/C. Filed to have it returned. Seller sent me a return label & had a delivery guy come pick it up. Seller disappeared, stopped responding to give me my refund. Filed a claim w/ Amazon to get my money back & Amazon helped me professionally. I do NOT recommend the seller that I purchased the unit from.
This seller is a scammer...they indicate a tracking number with FedEx and yet FedEx has not received the item yet for shipping (approximately 10 days after the order has been created). They create a shipping label so it seems to able to be tracked, but it is never actually shipped. This has been verified by FedEx. This seller should be investigated and charged with attempted theft.
