Scam - Don't waste your time - Amazon service is not all that helpful with refunds. The A-Z guarantee is not very clear at all. Latest delivery date is the 16, today is the 23rd, more than 3 days and yet they couldn't issue a refund without further waiting even after I spoke to someone in their leadership team.
SCAM SUCH BULLSHIT
Please get the scammer of the website. Amazon needs to have an better security in place of scammers. If someone wants to sell an item on Amazon, they should send the item into Amazon first and they should also hold the buyer's money until the item has been actually shipped the buyer, then Amazon can send the money to the seller.

Still never received the item. Plus, Amazon tracking says item is in transit. But verifying the tracking number through USPS indicates the label was created but item was never sent to USPS. Cannot request refund yet as Amazon asks me to wait till the end of the week. I can only hope at this point that I don't get screwed over from the seller and/or Amazon.
