I am sorry to report that this seller will not respond to me or send my product. It appears there is a history of this occurring and as such I believe that Amazon should do something about this seller. I would like my products or a refund. Terrible customer service.


I ordered this item on March 2, was given a delivery date range of March 23 - April 15. I have yet to receive the item and over 2 months have passed since I ordered. I have messaged the seller twice with absolutely no response. Terrible service and definitely would not recommend this seller.


Have not received item and seller has not responded to my inquiry.


I ordered this item on March 1, 2021 and still haven't received the product. I have contacted the seller twice and all I get is an automated response telling me to wait longer.


Order was placed two months ago and it never arrived. Tracking was not possible to obtain. There was no response when seller was contacted. Would give a rating of zero stars if possible.
