This is a dishonest seller . The item was never sent and the seller made excuses when I tried to get a refund . It was only after having Amazon intervene , that I did receive a refund . Be very cautious when purchasing from this seller . The long shipping times are also suspicious. I was paying extra (4x the original price ) for an out of print blu ray and was duped .
The parcel has never arrived and the seller (Lory's Place) has never replied to the requests (two messages sent) to provide a tracking number or any information about the shipping. Bad, bad seller! Looking at the feedback left by other clients should not be allowed to sell on Amazon.
never received my package, and when i inquire all they keep telling me is that they cant log onto their amazon account, which i believe they need to do in order to respond to me. amazon claims department has sent them a letter requesting the status, they never responded.
Beware of this seller!! Had ordered a book on July 11th and by Aug 29th item was still not rec'd. Followed up with seller and said their tracking info came back invalid. I then asked for a refund. The responded by saying they can't get into their system & as soon as resolved will process refund. On Sept 4th they sent email indicating refund was processed. To this day refund still not processed.
