Item never arrived. Was told refund issued on Feb 20. It is now Mar 20 and I have not received either the item or the refund yet. Contacted the seller again, the excuse this time is the package got delayed due to COVID19. No mention about the "refund" that never fulfilled.


Hello, I received a amazon's email for the return request. It asked me to send back the item. However, for this order, the problem is I didn’t received the item. The seller asked me to request refund through return request. But I am not able send back item to you since I didn’t even receive the item. Please let me know what else I need to do to get refund?


Package was not received. Seller is attempted to claim Canada Post lost the item (but has not provided any tracking information). The company has offered a full credit (expected) but the credit has not been received. I have sent 3 emails today and each time I receive an auto-reply saying "Canada post may have lost the time we have issued a refund." But the refund never comes in. AVOID SCAM!

Waited 3 months didn't receive it so I contacted the seller they told me to request a refund but I couldn't figure it out so I contacted them again and they just sent me the same email. No help at all
